Land of 3.609 m2 with project and license to camp with 5 wooden cabins for lodging and a sixth for reception, all with views of the Ría de Pontevedra.
Currently, and according to the activity project, the plot is arranged on four levels, all with views, where in the first three (in the highest) the cabins for guests are located and in the last level (the lowest ) a common area will be located for recreational use.
Each guest cabin will have a closed and independent plot, ranging from 142 m2 of cabin No. 2 to 318 m2 of cabin No. 3.
The farm will have a Central service road, a sixth reception cabin, a shed attached to cabin No. 4 and an auxiliary building on the last level.
THE CABINS
Both the existing cabin and the slopes are made of wood, prefabricated, all with porch and with the following occupancy:
- CABIN 1 (first level): 1 bedroom, 4 seats.
- CABINS 2 and 3 (second level): 2 bedrooms, 6 seats each.
- CABIN 4 (second level): already installed. 114 m2, 2 bedrooms, 6 places.
- CABIN 5 (third level): 2 bedrooms, 6 places.
Total occupancy of the camp: 28 places.
RELEVANT ASPECTS
- Area of high tourist demand: proximity to Vigo, Pontevedra, the boat to Ons Island (3 minutes drive from the port of Bueu) and the boat to the Cies Islands (15 minutes drive from the Port of Cangas) .
- Great investment option, since the most complex part of this type of activities (obtaining a license and registration of activity) is already done, so that only the rest of the material execution of the work would remain.
- Investment for own exploitation (particular that wants to develop the activity itself) or investment to then lease the activity to a third party to exploit it.- Closed and landscaped estate.
- Second category camp according to tourism planning in Galicia.
It already has an activity license from the City Council, so this activity could only be carried out on the farm. Not suitable for habitual housing.
